How long will it take for my order to reach?
As we maintain inventory of all products we sell on our website, you can rest assured that the product will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. We aspire to deliver your product to your doorstep within 5-7 business days, but deliveries can take slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances and delays.
Can I track my order?
A confirmation mail will be sent to you when you place your order. Once the order is processed from our end and dispatched from our warehouse, we shall email you the details carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order.
What are the shipping charges?
There will be an additional Rs.29 shipping charge for order values under Rs.499. This amount will be charged to your total bill when placing an order.
What time of day will my order be delivered?
Our courier partners make sure they call you before delivering the product. Please ensure you are available to receive the calls.
Do you ship to international locations?
Currently, the products listed on our website are only delivered within India.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, we offer a COD mode of payment. You can pay product costs at the time of delivery at your doorstep without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
Can we make payments through Credit/Debit Cards?
We receive payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page to enter the online 3D Secure password.
Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page to enter your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
